MOM Functional Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct or Assist CRP and Elaboration sessions
• Develop Oracle Retail Merchandising project of any complexity
• Design, Estimate and build specifications to meet business objectives.
• Provide solution leadership to a diverse team in assessing and recommending the optimal solutions.
• Assess impacts of system changes and ensure effective delivery of application functionality and integration.
• Co-ordinate with PM and onshore DM or client to carry out day-to-day operations of the project
• Ability to lead the team of 5-6 technical consultants, provide the guidance as applicable.
• Must be able to independently manage simultaneous projects, communicate effectively, and have a customer-service oriented approach.​

Educational Qualification:

B.E / B. Tech / M. C. A./ M. S./ M. Tech​

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience
• BE/MCA/BTech with functional domain knowledge of 6+ yrs of experience
• Experience in 2-3 full cycle Oracle Retail MoM applications implementation is a MUST
• Deep technical understanding of RMS/ReSA/RPM/ReIM/RIB architecture and business processes
• Expertise in integration and understanding of RWMS/OMS/Xstore/OROB modules is MUST
• Strong hands-on experience in Forms, Pro*C, Data, Batchprocesses, PL/SQL is MUST, web services and ADF is good to have
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent presentations skills
• Should be self-starter and work independently
• Able to cope up with tight deadlinesOthers
