The operator faced intense competitive and coping pressures, being that it was the first to launch a GSM network in the country. Better inventory management at all stores was key to maintain agility and real-time visibility into product\/plan purchases. A significant aspect of their growth plan was also to have visibility and control over franchisee transactions and inventory. The SkillNet solution empowered the client to dictate recommended order quantities and work on an approval workflow with franchisees, along with other efficiency-building features.
