“Started my career at Tata Steel, India, currently the most efficient steel making company in the world, as Project Engineer. Prior work experience spans industry verticals such as food processing, box making, pension consulting, and broadcasting in countries ranging from Saudi Arabia, and Canada and USA. IT experience include ERP Implementations and customs software development. Notable retail positions include retail consultant in IBM, New York, Lead Business Analyst in Crate & Barrel, Chicago, and Senior Manager of Systems in Pet Value, Toronto. Currently heading Merchandising and Distribution Practice in SkillNet focusing primarily on Oracle Retail (Retek) suite of products.
Even with over 20 years of experience, I have never felt as if I have arrived. At heart I still long to learn more, teach more, and would not hesitate to match wits and energy with younger teams.
Having worked on so many projects over the years, I have intimate knowledge why projects fail, and why history keeps repeating itself with many organization that fail to see the writing on wall repeatedly.
