SkillNet Solutions is a rapidly growing consulting and technology services organization focused on the retail industry. Amongst its clients are leading retailers such as Gymboree, Pier 1 Imports, The Bombay Company, Hot Topic, Saks 5th Avenue and Armani. It partners with leading retail software vendors such as Blue Martini, Retek and IBM. SkillNet serves its clients from its HQ in Cupertino, California, USA, St. Louis, Missouri, Singapore and Mumbai, India. We are opening our European offices in Q1, 2005.
Responsibilities
- Managing existing end client accounts with sales targets and grow them to full long-term potential to generate maximum long term revenues
- Identify and establish contact with potential technology partners
- Build relationships from the CXO level down to maximize practice revenues
- Make sales presentations to key decision makers effectively selling SkillNet's capabilities and joint value propositions with technology partners
- Identify client needs based on partner platforms, develop and present proposals for business solutions
- Negotiate and close business contracts with partners and/or end clients
- Manage partner and client satisfaction
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
Experience and Skills
Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience with a Tier 1 or 2 technology services/outsourcing organization or a tier 1 off-shore software consulting organization in a similar role. Experience in managing technology partner or client relationships or vendor specific practices with large revenues. Strong understanding of the enterprise applications market with a focus on retail. Prior experience in retail industry vertical highly desirable.
